Arnold Rikli was a Swiss naturopath, well renowned for his all-natural treatment plans and for helping to establish the town of Bled as a popular health tourism destination in the latter half of the 19th century.

Digitization as part of the revitalization of Rikli's spa tourism legacy has led to the creation of a mobile augmented reality application aptly named ARikli. It presents Rikli's story in Bled through various digital channels and experiences, mainly targeting individual tourists.

The ARikli app lets you choose one of 5 nearby trails and makes them interactive with different content. You even get to meet Mr. Rikli himself!
